I have only been using Mr. Silberman's tax services for less than a year but so far I have been satisfied with the attention and communication he has provided. His office manager, Janine Hattingh, has done a great job of facilitating meetings and information sharing.
Called for an appointment...the lady did not know the new address of their Alpharetta office...when I finally made an in person appointment she sent me a confirmation e-mail with the wrong street name and when I complained they cancelled my appointment because I complained about staff that does not know the address and sends a confirmation with the wrong street name....why would you trust your taxes to a firm that had employees making those kinds of mistakes....they used to be great with friendly staff... they have deteriora... read more
