Absolutely unacceptable. I hired this tax accountant, paid for the service, and was told my taxes had been filed on April 1, 2026. After waiting for my return and receiving no updates, I began reaching out for answers. Instead of hearing directly from the accountant, I learned from another customer that my taxes had never been filed due to a supposed "glitch" in the software. Absolutely don’t use this guy, this was my first experience and definitely my last. Filed my taxes two months ago and according to the irs and state there is no record of my return. Left him voicemails and emails and no response. Feels like a scam.
Please don’t use this guy. Filed 2 months ago and no refund, not even popping up on the IRS website. Call and get no answer. Call secretary and no answer. Don’t respond to texts. When you finally get a hold of him, he says it was a software problem and he’s trying to fix it. Says he’ll email you to paper file, never emails. Dude is a fraud, save yourself the hassle.
Good luck trying to get in touch with this jerk.. Something is going on and he's not man enough to come clean.. He has enough time to change the message on his answering machine but to busy to delete the messages, The mailbox has been full for months
