Reading these reviews makes me think how they have 5 stars and we were dealing with the wrong solicitors. We used them to sell and buy. When we sold our house, everything was good and they responded in reasonable time but when we completed our sell, they held on to our money because apparently Shane was on holidays, even though they knew we were completing on that day and we had to wait over the weekend to even get our money which was absurd. Very disappointed with this solicitor’s firm. First time buyer trying to purchase a property in NI. They did not respond to my queries, solicitor was never available, they did things contrary to my instructions, did not revert to me with seller’s response for several weeks, I had to keep chasing, and as a result, the seller has pulled out. I’ve invested so much money that this is a huge disappointment. I will be making a complaint to the housing ombudsman and the solicitor’s regulation authority.
