The gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable — he took the time to ask questions, explained everything clearly, and suggested I might also need a cable replaced. Everything was fixed for just £15, which is a great price. And it made my daily commute so much easier! I pass the shop every day on my way to work and finally decided to try it — really glad I did. I’ll definitely return. Highly recommended!
