i had a complete refit of my bathroom and an airing cupboard removal. Which included putting up a new wall and plastering. Also had a few items fitted to my kitchen and blind fitting. Steve acted with the upmost respect throughout the build, took time to explain what he was doing and why. when he saw faults that were not part of his "specific" job but would affect the overall finish he took time out to fix them. im really happy with the finish of the bathroom and would recomend him to anyone
