Very unprofessional. Requested a tax attention over the phone And pay via Zelle. At first indicated, they did not provide receipt for the tax extension extension However, when I requested a second time I found out the extension was not made. I found this out on 17 April Which is too late to file an extension. Moreover, they were not apologetic at all. They simply said they will return the fee they charged
