Robert & Associates has been filing my personal tax returns for two years, and I've always had a positive experience. Sharing my tax forms has always been simple and efficient, and my questions are always answered in a very timely manner either by email or phone call.
I had used Susanne for 3 years. My 2021 tax year was the last. I'm self employed and try to keep my costs down as well as get the best possible tax benefits. When completed my tax liability was the same as the year before even though I made less and had more deductions. I expressed my concerns several times about whether my deductions were all accounted for and was told everything was correct. Well that was not correct as the IRS found an error that saved me $1300!
