Bought 2 used refurbished rivet guns from them. They never once worked. Took them back in to be fixed/looked at several times. Would get them back to the shop and 2 or 3 rivets in they crapped out. Then we were just stuck with 700 dollars worth of broken tools. Don't trust their used equipment and definitely don't trust their technicians. Terrible terrible terrible.
