Very poor management, no organization sloppy work from management, bad leaders in the company, including managers.
This organization or lack thereof has many issues from the top to the very bottom. They don’t pay their field adjusters accordingly. Field adjusters do not have the back office support. Leadership and HR treat each day as if it’s amateur hour. I don’t see how insurance companies actually trust this company and the individuals running it as most came from a failed insurance company. Our adjuster was not knowledgeable about the process. He did not have our interests in mind at all and was not responsive to any communication. The worst experience I have ever had with an adjustor.
