Leah, the admissions director has been so reassuring and attentive with questions I’ve had. My loved one was really struggling when he arrived, but six weeks later he is doing fantastic, and I attribute it 100% to the compassionate care he has received at Aperion West Ridge. Don’t believe the negative reviews. I’ve been on 2 of the 4 floors they have and it’s always very clean and well maintained. I feel that this place is helpful for recovery. I would recommend this place for rehabilitation. I wouldn't be where I'm at if it wasn't for Ryze at the ridge
If I had a choice I would go back but some staff there are rude social workers is good to work with food not bad it got mice and roaches on every floor
Place wouldn’t be so bad if it had better nursing, there are a few good ones but not many the one that I’m usually stuck having to deal with has the bedside manner of an axe Murderer Very, very rude disc, courteous, and demanding I’ve suffered a few different injuries as well as certain illnesses. We are an ice cream truck company, and we had a wonderful experience working with this nursing home. From the very beginning, everything was smooth, professional, and well-organized. Samantha, the administrator, was absolutely amazing to work with—very kind, supportive, and attentive to every detail. She made the entire process easy and welcoming, and the residents and staff were a joy to serve. We truly appreciate the opportunity to work together and look forward to many more events in the future. Highly recommended!
