Kat is amazing and she gave me my confidence and love for exercise back. I just completed a solid workout and plan on going for a jog tomorrow - 6 months ago it sounded impossible. Postpartum medical evaluation was very scary to me: prolapse, very limited exercise (if any), and even daily activities with two little ones were questionable. Genuinely the best experience I’ve ever had with a medical professional in my life. Dr. Kat is kind, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and excellent at what she does.
