I ordered a dining table , hutch and buffet from Rypen. It was the Copeland brand. I waited months for it to arrive. When it did the buffet was damaged so I didn’t accept it. The table and hutch ( part that went on top of buffet) was worthless to me if I didn’t have all three pieces. When I saw how the buffet was shipped. ( no padding etc , just put in a box) I told Rypen I want to return all three pieces. I assumed since it wasn’t my fault the delivery wasn’t successful that I would be fully refunded.
