We walked in looking for a new couch donor was fantastic. He said take a look around. If you have any questions we were there now looking around he never bothered us and then we went and talked to him. He had a lot to tell us about a certain product we wanted to buy and what type of material to use and why and gave us time to pick up the right ones very easy gone and his sidekick he was fantastic. After two years my sofa and loveseat has lost all the body. For what we paid for this it’s terrible quality. I notice when people praise their furniture on the comments they reply but when there is a bad comment, nothing is said. We had a lot of problems in the beginning and after paying so much for this furniture it’s terrible quality. Absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased at a local Canadian store. I did purchase clearance with an understanding there would be no refund. I have had my sofa and recliner chair for seven months. The foam has shifted on one part of couch and material is pulling apart in three places. I went into store and was informed there was nothing they could do. The warranty is with the manufacturer who they don’t deal with. That was the extent to their customer service!
