After two years my sofa and loveseat has lost all the body. For what we paid for this it’s terrible quality. I notice when people praise their furniture on the comments they reply but when there is a bad comment, nothing is said. We had a lot of problems in the beginning and after paying so much for this furniture it’s terrible quality. I have in my basement a set we bought years ago from Sears and it’s far superior quality to this awful set from your store.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased at a local Canadian store. I did purchase clearance with an understanding there would be no refund. I have had my sofa and recliner chair for seven months. The foam has shifted on one part of couch and material is pulling apart in three places. I went into store and was informed there was nothing they could do. The warranty is with the manufacturer who they don’t deal with. That was the extent to their customer service! Bought a recliner there a month and half ago the seat and back stuffing lost it shape hard to sit in.they won't take it back if so they want 25%storage fee,.they sent an employee over with a bag of stuffing restuffed by hand now it's really hard on the back I just want a full refund.and be on my way to buy somewhere eles.
