Definitely not the place to go if you're expecting the product to match the price. After waiting 4 months I can't express my massive disappointment with not only the product but the overall lack of offerings for over $8,000 just to build a website. Something that could easily be built by a novice on WordPress. Honestly get a sick feeling in my stomach that I spent such a huge amount of money for such a catastrophic disappointment. Great experience from start to finish!
FOR THE SECOND TIME THIS YEAR OUR GOOGLE ADS WERE "PAUSED" WITHOUT ANYONE AT RYNO NOTICING. WE ESTIMATE OUR COMPANY HAS LOST ALMOST 100K IN BUSINESS AND LEADS AS A RESULT OF ALMOST TWO MONTHS WITHOUT GOOGLE ADS/PAY PER CLICK. WHEN WE CALLED RYNO THIS MORNING OUR CS REP WAS OUT OF OFFICE, THE REPLACEMENT DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, AND THEN THE GENERAL CS PHONE LINE RANG FOR 7 MINUTES BEFORE A CHAT BOT TEXTED OUR COMPANY PHONE LINE.
