FOR THE SECOND TIME THIS YEAR OUR GOOGLE ADS WERE "PAUSED" WITHOUT ANYONE AT RYNO NOTICING. WE ESTIMATE OUR COMPANY HAS LOST ALMOST 100K IN BUSINESS AND LEADS AS A RESULT OF ALMOST TWO MONTHS WITHOUT GOOGLE ADS/PAY PER CLICK. WHEN WE CALLED RYNO THIS MORNING OUR CS REP WAS OUT OF OFFICE, THE REPLACEMENT DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, AND THEN THE GENERAL CS PHONE LINE RANG FOR 7 MINUTES BEFORE A CHAT BOT TEXTED OUR COMPANY PHONE LINE. I had the worst experience with this agency. They lost me tens of thousands of dollars. When I fired them I came to find out that my website is now unusable because it can’t be edited. Their entire team is clueless, save a few individuals. One of the worst decisions I ever made for my business was trusting these clowns. Think twice before you commit-you will regret it.
My company has completed a website rebuild and are currently involved in an SEO campaign and I have been very impressed with the thoroughness, attentiveness, and structured process demonstrated by all the employees that I have interacted with.
