Ordered a cast cover. Was too small. Sent back. No refund issued as if three months later .
Ordered a product from this company and was not what I expected so returned it in the original packaging. I ask for a refund and have gotten no response from RyMatt or Amazon.It seems they disappeared from the Amazon website. Beware if you are considering ordering from this company.
I ordered an item that was listed as "in stock," and paid extra for rush delivery ( I needed it within 48 hours). Along with my order confirmation I got a notice they had taken the money from my Paypal account. Two days later I got an email saying they don't carry the product anymore. When I called they were barely apologetic and so far they haven't refunded the money. Caution to anyone thinking of shopping with these guys, they made a mess of my week!
