Worked in Aged Care for nine years up until 2018. Couldn't get work in aged care after that when living in the late part of 2018 in NSW and moving to ACT. So had to change careers to security to get an income. Still tried to find work in Aged Care that whole time as I loved the work. Poor communication… I was interested in getting age care information for my father … i have sent several online requests via the contact us form on the Ryman website over the past 6 month and NIL response to all requests … when you call the 1800 number it just goes to voice mail and no one calls you back … I’m not sure how anyone actually becomes an age care resident at Rymans as it’s impossible to contact them
Rip offs
At John Flynn all the staff go above and beyond to make it feel like home. Nothing is too much effort and they genuinely care for their residents. It is such a wonderful community. From the first inspection, to moving my mum in three months ago, we have been highly impressed. Mum absolutely loves it there and feels so safe and part of a vibrant community with first class facilities.
