I only wish that I was able to record this incident to shine a light on 'Parking Lot Peggy'. Keeping all parking lots safe from 'others' who park by using the police department as her personal security. 'PARKING LOT PEGGY' called the Police on me for waiting inside my car for my father who was inside the eye doctor within the complex where I was parked. I was told that I was suspicious???
