great furniture I purchased my son a beautiful bedroom suite and a recliner for my LR. I took the one year same as cash. It was delivered the same day. The furniture I purchased still looks great. I just purchased a new home and plan on returning to there. Rebecca Decker, Fairview, TN
Poor customer service I called them looking for a king waterbed insert. The lady stated no we don't have any. I asked if she could order it. She said, sorry, but the company she's currently dealing with doesn't make them. It's poor service and definately disheartening to have a hand full of cash and still get blown off. Most furniture stores I've dealt with would be glad to look in a book and order anything they didn't have in stock. Not these people.
Good customer service They are an authorized dealer for La-Z-Boy furniture. They offer excellent buys in furniture. They carry a complete line of pools and accessories. The staff is eager to help and very knowledgeable. Rye's Furniture is easily located on Hwy. 46 in Dickson just before the railroad crossing. They are open 9 am to 6 pm Mon thur Sat and are closed on Sun. This is a nice furniture store with hometown prices.
horrible horrible business!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, buyer beware!! they are as crooked as they get!!! way over priced and to be a small home town store, they were almost 6000.00 for a regular pool, i went to the big store Pool and Spa Depot and got the same pool for 2700.00!!! installed!! those people can keep their crap and they arent taking me!!
guest The fact that they are a home town furniture store is why I went to them. I had also gone to the Lazy Boy Store. The better prices at the home town store is a myth. The bigger Lazy Boy Store had a better selection and their prices were by far better. My only suggestion is to due your shopping before you let go of the cash
dear Rick S., I'm sorry to hear you had an unpleasant experience over the phone with one of our sales employees, but i am sorry to inform you that we cannot get water bed inserts with the mattress company we are currently dealing with. We carry Jamison bedding and we could not, and still cannot get water bed inserts from them. We would be more than happy to look in a book and order any item you like, but we cannot simply order something we cannot get. This situation had nothing to do with what was in or not in stock.
