They are nice people, and may have hired some staff that weren't checking their e-mails. Can't think of any other reason why they just wouldn't answer my e-mails, which created a huge delay in getting refunds. There was also no communication about another issue. Can't make decisions without communication!
Sheri & her Staff are Amazing! My husband & I have been going to her for about 15 years.
