Drove the 2 hour round trip and $20 worth of gas only to find out they missed logged the package .....all they could do was give me a free parcel pick up??? It will cost me more in gas to go back never mind 2 more hours of my time. I can totally see why they are loosing business.
They know how to look after you. 5/5 for shipping parcels here. Lori and the family know how to treat customers with care and attentiveness.
