Liz has treated 3 generations from our family, for a variety of issues. Her breadth of knowledge and ability to tailor exercises to what is achievable and lead to an improvement is amazing. I thoroughly recommend Liz and the team.
I have been using this physiotherapy since I was 16 years old now 30. All the physios have incredible knowledge . They also all work together sharing knowledge I have had some major injuries/ surgeries and they have built me back up from zero each and every time I can’t thank these guys enough Forever grateful and looking forward to getting stronger in the future thanks Dave , Liz .
