I've used RYDE 4 times; I work in downtown Houston and it's been great not having to walk to garage in this heat. The drivers have all been very friendly. Highly recommend using! It's like an UBER with better customer service!

I utilized Ryde at the 2025 Texas Children’s Houston Open and my experience was amazing! The driver was polite, and allowed us ample time to put our seatbelts on and ensure we had everything we needed. Safe drop off at the gate and was there to pick us up and give us a ride back to our vehicle after a great day watching golf. I hope to see them expand even more throughout Houston. This service could be a huge asset to our community. Keep up the good work Ryde team!

Today, I used the Ryde Houston service in 3rd ward to go to a 12pm jib interview. My driver was (Riley), and she was super sweet, and very nice. She arrived on time, and I only had a 10min wait. She politely made sure everyone's sear belt was secured before we proceeded with the Ryde service. Where do I start? The service itself is accommodating. Houston is already a big city. RYDE is here to shorten the commute for a small fee of FREE. Houston provides these shuttles to help Houstonians during their day for short distances, for now.
