Five star company!! We ordered two sofas with matching footstools and we couldn’t be happier. From start to finish the customer service from Carl was truly exemplary. Due to location I couldn’t visit the store but took the chance and ordered on line. I was contacted to confirm exactly what I wanted (when I’d wrongly selected differing tweed). Fantastic customer care. Whole process was a pleasure. Delivery was great. The product is super made and lovely quality. These guys tick all the boxes. I would not hesitate to buy from then again. We visited to showroom in Hull to check out the quality beforehand, but wouldn't need to do that in the future as all the stuff they sell is quality.
Carl and his colleague have just delivered the nicest sofa that we’ve ever had ( and we’ve had a lot 🤣) From start to finish the process has been amazing. This could possibly be because Rydan is a family firm and they employ great people like Carl. We loved being able to customise our purchase and would recommend them to everyone. We could not be any happier with our new sofas and armchair. The quality of the leather and the Harris tweed is excellent, and looks amazing in our lounge. From our initial conversation with Daniel to place our order, to the friendly and professional delivery by Paul and Carl, the customer service has been outstanding! We can't recommend the whole team at Rydan enough. The sofas and chairs are extremely comfortable, and Holly the English cocker spaniel has given the paws-up to her new chair!
