If we didn't live so far I definitely would vist here often. Emaculate, luxury retirement home. The staff and food were exceptional.
All that glitters is not gold. Rydal Park may look clean and award-winning, but my mom’s experience was far from it. Let’s start with Bernice in admissions who forgot to give me the admission paperwork until I chose to discharge my mom 3 wks later for her wellbeing. The excuse for the lack of professionalism was that she was out of the office for most of the month, which means nothing was on file.
