Horrific. A family member was placed into the medical facility here after a stroke and experienced the worst treatment and care ever. Nighttime staff neglect patients when they request help using restroom facilities. Left in their own **** for hours and not a care in the world by staff. Non attentive, aggressive, abusive handling helpless patients. This facility needs to be investigated ASAP.
