Ryan is a life saver and he knows his stuff so well the fact I can leave there knowing how to make myself better is so amazing So many places just fix you temporarily and you are stuck coming back, Ryan teaches you why it hurts and how to fix it and will even recommend things to be checked with your GP. Truely one of a kind support, absolutely amazing.
I have suffered from persistent pain in my left shoulder for months. Having visited other massage therapists and physiotherapist I still had pain. Ryan has a deep understanding of how the body functions. He provides a safe space and is always focused on helping educate you on how to maintain the work that he does. I have been seeing him for various issues over the last few years and can't recommend him enough!
Quick background- I'm hypermobile and prone to injuries, so I have never really trusted that massage therapists have extensive enough knowledge of anatomy for me to trust that I won't leave in worse shape. But Ryan has absolutely changed my mind on this and is literally the only remedial massge therapist both me, and my husband go to.
