This used to be my favourite shop to get my weekly groceries. My husband and I confirmed that the absence of several particular staff members made our more recent experiences feel lacklustre, teetering on unfriendly. An influx of new, youthful staff but what happened to the customer is always right? A facelift doesn’t equate to a rejuvenation in management.
