What a fabulous group of staff . I have been going to IGA Mt Clear for many years and would like to say a big thank you to Kaitlyn , always happy professional and asks how your days was. Narelle in the Deli who always polite and happy to do any of my weird selections and always has a laugh, and finally Clive who is so courteous and kind and the patience of a saint . Makes my day to deal with such genuine people !!!!
This store most of the time is awsome great selection in all foods and mostly all the staff are welcoming and warm except the deli they have a woman working in the deli by the name of narelle that is rude unprofessional and treats regular customers like they are nothing. when reported to Kiran and jacinta they said they will talk to her but Nothings changed when l had issues with her walking off tonight l spoke to Kaitlyn who was the manager tonight she was unprofessional making excuses for this woman in the deli making alle... read more
