Called for an estimate, guy on the phone talked to me like I was an idiot because I'm female. I told him exactly what I needed and he thought he could confuse me with car terms and played semantics with my wording. He asked me how long I intend on keeping my car then said I should consider junking my 8 year old car because it needed a water pump. I could not believe this guy! Gave me an estimate of $1000 "if I wanted it done right"....really!?! I would never consider taking my car to this place!
