My washer broke down and the repair company recommended Ryan's Appliance's as a good place to buy a pre-owned one, because the repair cost was not worth the investment for an 18 year old washer. I called Ryan's and spoke with Jesus the owner and went to his store. Jesus was honest, sincere and gave me a very good price on a replacement. Then, it turned out Jesus offered to take a look at my washer before replacing it. The estimate to repair it was over $500.
