Took almost a month to get deposit back and was told that a 200 refund was processed and the deposit was 300. Location looked shady so after I paid did lock my card after about six attempts to see someone in person I decided to call to schedule appointment. I was there but rep wasn’t. Called while I sat at location just to be told another 30 mins which turned out to be another 45 min waiting in a hot uncomfortable location.
