We went to pick up a rental car for my girlfriend after her vehicle was totaled in an accident. The young man assisting us was incredibly nice and exceptionally efficient; he had us processed and in the car within 10 minutes. I really wish we had gotten his name—he is a real asset.

Both when I arrived and when I returned the car, the staff were cheerful, courteous, and hard-working. They efficiently handled all aspects of the rental process. The car I rented was nearly brand new, so it was in excellent condition and operated very well.
