Ryan had us pay $517 to prepare our taxes. He combined our business and person which we didn’t ask for and then when was asked to separate them, he stopped communicating with us. He hasn’t returned a phone call, email, or text, we’ve heard crickets for over a month. He never filed our taxes and he kept the fee.
Ryan told me he filed my taxes, when i still hadnt gotten a return a year later i shouldve known something was wrong. Now the state is coming after years of interest and penalties. My freind referred me and he messed up his taxes too. brutal.
I’ve been going to Ryan for years, I can’t recommend him (and his family) enough! I send all my loved ones to him.
Ryan was very knowledgeable and answered every question we asked, took his time to go over everything with us and Very polite!
