Truly one of the greatest lawyers available. Prices were reasonable and with a payment plan if needed. If I had questions, I didnt have to wait too long to hear a response and he was always honest and up front with me about my case even if I didn't like the outcome. Consultation was free and even then he had broken down the steps on what was needed to get to my goal. I would love to work with him again.
Do NOT recommend for child custody! Quick to take retainer fees but it took Ryan over a year to tell me he wasn’t experienced/familiar with high conflict custody cases. Fine! But don’t take on a case where kids are involved, if you don’t know what you’re doing. Overly personal and unprofessional communication. A waste of time and money plus text messages asking when you’re going to send money to feed his dog. Just pass and find someone experienced, and professional!
Ryan Smither is an awesome attorney. He fights hard for his clients. He is honest and takes the time to explain everything. I got put into an awful situation and Ryan went above and beyond for me and my family. Not only is Ryan an awesome attorney, but he also is a wonderful person. I highly highly recommend Ryan.
Called Ryan for legal advice. Was absolutely so helpful, kind, answered all my 100 questions , he did not make me feel rushed like most lawyers do 10/10 recommend !
