We’ve purchased two houses with Ryan’s assistance. Every interaction we’ve had with Ryan has made our process so much easier. We worked with Ryan Smith on the mortgage for our new home. There was another loan that had to close in coordination with ours so we could get our funds. Ryan was on top of everything and made sure both loans closed as needed and without any delays.
