Ryan shawaluk was amazing in helping me understanding the process of buying a house . A good friend connected us to Ryan one year after we purchased a home because we were being over charged on our taxes due to mistakes the previous mortgage company made at closing. He was so knowledgable and helpful, and was able to pinpoint exactly what went wrong, and even sent us written instructions on how to correct the issues. I recommend giving him a shot to be your mortgage broker, as we plan to use him in the future when we are ready to take steps to buy and sell again!
Ryan is a wonderful lender! He’s detail oriented, never makes me feel like my questions are dumb, organized, and overall just such a great lender and man.
