We had a wonderful experience with Mike Ryan for an IDOT land negotiation. He was very professional, organized and willing to answer all of the questions we had. He was key in the success of the settlement.

Mike assisted myself and my partners in negotiating with IDOT in the sale of a small piece of property to be used for the expansion of RT 47 in Woodstock, IL. Mike referred a great appraiser who understood the assignment of valuing the property and assessing what we would need to replace and repair when the road project was completed.
