If you’re new to home buying and refinancing run far, far, away from Ryan Romero. He’ll sweet talk you into doing business with him claiming you can ask him any questions you want. Once you start asking questions he comes easily frustrated and makes you feel dumb. He fails to not only answer questions but also fails to provide you with documentation you request such as simple as an invoice for charging your card $650.
