Photos are great, professionalism was extremely off the charts psycho. Asked to take photos and he did, and sent them by email. I asked him to please go back and take a picture of the updated exterior of our complex and he said he would. After a week waiting I asked him when he was going back, and he said he needed to be paid. I paid him half instantly on Venmo, giving the rest after he finishes with the updates.
