I wouldn't send my dog here. If you are working on a starter home this isn't the place for you. They seem centered around high $$$ loans only and care about returning calls when it benefits them. If you want to give someone your financials and let them take them and run, go here. 🤷♀️ I went somewhere else and was approved in TWO hours and didn't have to chase anyone for ANYTHING!
Ryan is the best guy and happens to be a loan officer too! Ryan helped up with our first home 5 years ago and is now helping us with a refinance. Ryan was referred to us by some friends and has surpassed expectations. One thing that I really appreciate about Ryan is how accessible he is... I can call him and he answers! This cannot be said of most people these days! Ryan is level headed and honest... he’s direct but not offensive. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone who needs a new mortgage or wants to refinance!
