Very unprofessional. Has his listing on Metlife Legal Plans and when I requested his service, stating in the request I was using the legal plan, he called me and as soon as I revealed it was a complicated matter he got short and said "I can't help you." I told him his firm is on the list and he said "I don't know how we got on there, I can't help you." This is the very definition of someone looking for low-hanging fruit.
