My pre-approval amount changed so many time from $195,000 to $260.000. Even when I was told if I give a bigger deposit it would all work out. Witch I did. Then I’m told it good for $260,000 with the deposit I’m giving. All I need is the deposit go to go. So I spend $600 on a house inspection just to be told the next day that I’m not approved and could have never been approved more then $195,000 and would need the double in deposit to get the $260,000 mortgage. Not happy.
