I recently closed a construction perm loan with Ryan Gesser at Ameris Bank. There is a lot to this process, but Ryan guided me through it, every step of the way. I feel like so many loan officers, once they get you started pass you off on to somebody else to complete your documents. What I like most is that I started with Ryan and finished with him. He still checks on me from time to time to make sure everything is going smoothly. I highly recommend him for all your mortgage needs.
Ryan is great to work with. He and his team are quick to respond to questions, keep you informed throughout the process, and will explains things to the detail you need! This is my second time to work with Ryan and I would happily choose him again!
