My experience with this CPA was deeply concerning, characterized by significant professional lapses and a breakdown in communication. Notably, the only tax document completed and filed was a power of attorney form which was initially rejected because they used the wrong form. The response to this error was dismissive, undermining the gravity of the mistake. I expect a CPA who claimed “I have never made a mistake ever,” to understand what IRS forms to use.
