Ryan Arzner and his PAC-RES Team performed beyond expectations In a timely and efficient manner. I was kept informed of my loan progress throughout the application and approval process via emails and informative videos (produced & narrated by Ryan Arzner). There are several Pacific Residential Mortgage (PAC RES) videos worth watching on YouTube addressing lender’s various questions and concerns. His organization is on the top of my list for any future real estate financing I may need.
