This is RXO Logistics site. Not their delivery sight. Anyone leaving reviews who are not Truckers are leaving them on the wrong address. This site is top notch. Clean, quick in and out.

RXO has no clue how to run a business successfully! The call representatives are of NO help and has NO authority to handle situations. Their Resolution Specialist is more like a NON-Resolution Specialist. All "Frens" or whatever his name was, had been able to do was send an email. I've called on multiple occasions, waited on hold long periods of time. I received three notifications of confirmed delivery dates which they were all NO SHOWS after having to leave work early to be there at the door for them. Samsung and any other... read more

I wouldn’t recommend RXO to my worst enemy. We have had a negative experience with them in the past and after this I will never purchase from a company that uses RXO as their delivery provider again. I placed my order through LG on Nov 14th. I chose a delivery date for Nov 21st on the LG website. I got a notification that RXO would be the delivery team & RXO tracking continued to show the 21st. If I could give negative stars I would. My Samsung TV wa scheduled to be delivered 1/4/24. They called on 1/3/24 and told me they don't have room for me and they couldn't reschedule me. I got a link the next day to schedule my delivery and the earliest was 3/7/24. I called multiple times and keep getting someone that barely knows the language and they can never get in contact with the local hub. The local hub is 20 minutes from my house. Terrible experience. Ordered from IKEA, waited two weeks for delivery. On the scheduled day, I got a call at noon saying that they were running ahead of schedule and would be there soon. They never showed. I never got any further communication from them, until 4 days later. They informed me they would retry delivery THREE WEEKS in the future. I emailed with my concerns and was brushed off multiple times. I still have not received my shipment.
