I initially rated this company with one star, but I’m pleased to say that they eventually resolved my issue. I strongly recommend that they reconsider their refund policy, as it currently feels quite rigid. While the customer service team was very responsive, their inflexibility made the process more challenging than it needed to be. Stay away! I ordered prescription glasses 3 months ago. The prescription was wrong when I received them, RX-safety made me pay the return shipping to fix THEIR mistake as they did not make them to the prescription that was attached to the order. When they sent them back to me they were wrong AGAIN. I returned them a second time and now they are trying to extort another $110 out of me for them to fix their own mistake. Terrible customer service and so far a terrible product.
Avoid this company. I chose them for lens replacement because of the lower price, but the experience has been awful. I placed my order on April 9, and it's now May 23—I still don't have my glasses. They have both my money and the glasses I sent in. I've been told repeatedly that my order is delayed. I urgently need my glasses, but no resolution. Gerald from Customer Service has stayed in touch, but I’ve yet to hear from a supervisor. Do not trust them with your money or your eyewear.
Fixed my sunglasses with an error and made sure to get them out to me before my fishing trip. I’m very glad they were able to get these out to me in time to go fishing! Thank you team at RX-safety!
