Ordered a pair of prescription safety glasses. Took over a month to get. So throw that 7-10 day shipping out the window. I did eventually receive the glasses as ordered. Also customer service was not very helpful when asking about your order. Not bad product, but bad experience getting it.
I ordered prescription lenses to be put into frames I owned. I mailed the frames in after making the order online with my prescription. Unfortunately, the frames I received back were very different from those I sent in. Different color and style entirely. Would be one star but I am giving them two because the lenses were fine and I want to be fair. I can’t recommend sending in frames to them, as they might get lost (or broken?). Buyer beware!
I initially rated this company with one star, but I’m pleased to say that they eventually resolved my issue. I strongly recommend that they reconsider their refund policy, as it currently feels quite rigid. While the customer service team was very responsive, their inflexibility made the process more challenging than it needed to be. Stay away! I ordered prescription glasses 3 months ago. The prescription was wrong when I received them, RX-safety made me pay the return shipping to fix THEIR mistake as they did not make them to the prescription that was attached to the order. When they sent them back to me they were wrong AGAIN. I returned them a second time and now they are trying to extort another $110 out of me for them to fix their own mistake. Terrible customer service and so far a terrible product.
