It’s what you want, but can never get at the big places. Charles knows more about body mechanics, strengthening, stretching, and fixing problems than you thought could even be known. I throw a new calamity or goal at him monthly and he has never let me down in over a year. My original problem (jacked up shoulder) is long since fixed, and i’m the lazy type that doesn’t do everything i’m told outside of/in between PT sessions. Multiple problems since then - are fixed. I abuse my body, Charles fixes it. Period.
I've been under their program over a year now. The first few months were strictly p/t for my shoulder. After my nagging shoulder issue resolved Charles put me onto his strength program. Best thing I've ever did for my body.
I've been to multiple physical therapists and wellness practitioners over the years to deal with a complex shoulder issue. "Wow" is the best word I can use. I'm a senior athlete, who loves to work out but wants to avoid injury. My shoulder want not great so I came for an evaluation and RX figure out my issue in 30 mins. they provided daily exercises that helped immediately. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to get healthy quickly and stay connected to their body.
Zack was great! They really know their anatomy and are able to trace the root of the issue!
