They take the time to talk about payments, what is covered or not covered, the next steps. I am very impressed with this RX Optical! The staff is very helpful and friendly but I was especially happy with Rose Denney! She is very friendly, kind, patient and eager to please. been a customer at this location for about 15 years , the last two have just sucked ! poor knowledge of product and customer history ! Rose the manger failed to get back to me in over a week on safety in my size that are now discontinued. So I brought in my old frames for lens replacement , 15 phone calls and charges un -authorized buy me applied to my credit card and even after Jason said it was a misunderstanding of one of the employees it still has not been credited to my account !
