I went to see a Doctor at that place and they did not validate my parking ticket. They told me that the garage is owned by the city of New Brunswick. The city politicians should ashamed of themselves to make sick people pay for parking. Where is all the money from taxes that they collect? I wonder...

I went to 125 Paterson st 3rd floor lab with a script from an outside doctor, not from RWJ, for bloodwork. Registration took a whole hour, got my name wrong twice. No other patients there but me. The technician did her work professionally and that was the only plus. Three weeks later, my doctor had still not gotten my results. I tried getting this issue resolved over the phone, they don't want to investigate. Transfered me to Medical records department. I'm not requesting an old record! It’s fine as a lab, and the wait times vary depending on time of day, but until they can get onto Epic, do NOT have your doctor fax in orders to them. Every single time I have been here after the switch to Epic for the rest of RWJBH, they’ve had a problem finding my faxed orders. This has happened even after I started calling ahead of time to confirm the night before I plan to go in; they will say they have the order over the phone but the next shift won’t know where they are kept.
